"Hanley Stoke on Trent"
Stayed here for the weekend as watching a show at the theatre with my friends Also going to Emma Bridgwater for afternoon tea On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and friendly told us all about the area and even offered to store our luggage while we went for lunch Even though our room was in the other building it was easy explained , even had a service room for extra towels etc Loved our stay Clean room and comfy beds Overall a perfect weekend

Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend. Lovely staff, room had all that we needed. Shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast and meals also available in brewers fayre next door but we decided to dine elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and helpful to a point. WiFi and parking are great. Unfortunately the room we were in had some issues which, due to the hotel being fully booked, could not be resolved during our stay, which made the stay somewhat uncomfortable and not up to their usual high standards that we have received before.

One of the worst premier inns I’ve stayed in Shocking house keeping team The breakfast is a total joke - managed very badly by staff who are lazy and can’t be bothered Avoid this place if you can it’s full of lazy staff with no idea what hospitality is

Comfy bed, quiet night, good breakfast, lots of parking, price OK but could be better. Room obviously recently redecorated, very clean.
