Chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Southgate Shopping Centre Car Park (BA1 1TP) at £18 for 24 hours, midnight - 9.30am is £10, managed by Bath and North East Somerset Council. Alterative, chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Avon Street Car Park (BA1 1UF) at £15 for 12 hours and there is no charge between 8pm and 8am, manage by MiPermit.

"Perfectly located"
Hotel well positioned in central Bath, walking distance to everything. No issues but lacks a little atmosphere and character. As a room to stay no issues but pretty no frills.
"My stay"
Another great stay here. Staff extremely friendly, approachable and will go out of their way to help you. Hotel feels clean and well looked after. Rooms spotless.
"An Uncomfortable Night."
I was so disappointed with this Premier Inn. We usually use Premier Inn and love their wonderful beds. This Hotel was exceptionally shabby and it needs a complete overhaul. The corridor walls were dirty. The skirting board in the bathroom was chipped and the paint flakes were all over the bathroom floor. The floor was sticky and worst of all the mattress was not like anything I have slept on in a Premier Inn. I wonder if it was terribly old. An uncomfortable night. Staff at reception and at the restaurant were lovely.
"Reliable hotel chain"
We had a great room at the back, very quiet. Helpful staff on reception who lent us a charging plug so I could charge my phone. Can’t believe they have not updated the sockets with charging points! Staff in the on-site bar/ restaurant also very pleasant and helpful and food and drinks very reasonably priced. We like this chain as you know the standard of what you are going to get and it is very reliable.
"Poor room maintenance - a disgrace to the company"
Our room should never have been allocated to us. We checked in but then had to go out for the evening. It was late by the time we discovered that the toilet seat in our bathroom was snapped in two. We had already unpacked and my wife was just getting into bed so it was too late to contact reception to get our room changed. But why was the room even being used when the toilet was in that state? We are regular Premier Inn customers but this experience was appalling.
