    "No air con"
    Chose this hotel as the website says it has air con. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the rooms do not have air con and are very stuffy and warm. My error but they shouldn’t show air con on the website.

    Bed not so comfy felt springs !breakfast no plant based milk in coffee machine had to get expresso and put milk from cereal area No Gluten free options except toast

    Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights. Janice and all of her staff were ever so friendly, polite courteous and professional. Thank you Janice.

    This Premier Inn has all of the attributes of a decent class hotel while still remaining folksy. Situated in the Queen Elizabeth park with its lake and wildlife literally front and centre. Access to the hotel is across a wide area of rough ground which can be a test of your vehicles suspension if you stray from the narrow strip of tarmac.
    "Shocking Customer Service"
    I’ve been trying to contact this hotel to check a booking with them and have called over ten times — no one ever picks up the phone. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If this is how they handle simple enquiries, I dread to think what the service is like in person. Very disappointing experience so far.
