"Great hotel."
Bloody great hotel. Manager was a star a extremely entertaining. Food was spot on and room clean and comfy. Will definitely use again.

This was our fourth or fifth visit to the hotel and it’s consistently good - we rate it highly for price, location, comfort of rooms, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and the variety and quality of the breakfast. We were allocated a room at the basement level, which worried us, but it turned out to be a great spot: only a small number of rooms on the corridor and exceptionally quiet. All-in-all, another relaxing stay at a hotel in a premium location in Harrogate.
"Really run down"
The hotel is really run down, the drinks machines out of order, lift out of order, card machine didn’t work to make key cards, the hotel it pretty dirty on the corridors the carpets are stained and filthy the breakfast was awful. Worst premier I’ve stayed at.
"Could do with an modernising update"
Lift only 1 working and intermittent - no shaver socket or adapters available! Bath side too high to get easily in and out for shower l, low grade shower curtain second bed in twin room too small - poor level of staff

Stayed here for four nights with work, rooms could do with a refurb but overall very comfy. Breakfast was good, only had one evening meal and it was terrible, not as described on the menu, luke warm, cheese hadn't even melted and took quite a while to come saying there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Our Harrogate Premier Inn is a great base for Yorkshire events – Harrogate Convention Centre and the Royal Hall are just next door! History lovers won’t want to miss visiting the Royal Pump Room Museum – just a 10-minute walk from our Harrogate town centre hotel – and as the city was famous as a spa town for royalty, why not unwind at the iconic Turkish Baths? Picturesque Valley Gardens are well worth a visit, and days out in Harrogate wouldn't be complete without a trip to Betty's Café Tea Rooms. Tuck into tasty family meals back at our in-house Thyme restaurant, and we’ll also be serving up unlimited breakfasts in Harrogate at our North Yorkshire Premier Inn.
