Great Yarmouth West (A47) hotel

Was disappointed to find that there was no restaurant on site, it had closed 10 weeks earlier. Had we have known we would have chose somewhere else. They did provide free croissants and orange juice at reception. And advised us other places to go to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, a little small for a family of 4. There was plenty of parking on site which is always good. Overall we had a good stay. We went to the harvester just up the road which was nice. There also a Toby cavery fairly close. I know it was just me but it would have been nice if the windows opened just a small bit, I felt a little claustrophobic.

Checked in for a two night stay and corridor and room were like a sauna. Person in next room reported same issue but it wasn't resolved over the weekend so a hot sweaty uncomfortable stay. Reported issue to reception twice but no luck in getting anything done. Tried to contact Premiers customer support team as they have a "good sleep guarantee" and was told that the duty manager had said there was no issue and that no one had reported anything, which was obviously a lie as I had at the time. Guess the guarantee is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available and would get back to me over email in 48hrs. Customer service where they don't care about the customer. Now looking at cancelling all future booking with Premier and my business account as this level of service sucks.
