Great Yarmouth West (A47) hotel

The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. I needed an accessible room which was spacious and had all the facilities I required. Cleanliness could not have been better. Tea/coffee/milk was easily replaceable at reception area. No problem with parking during day and overnight. Meals available on site.

We booked a two-night stay in an accessible room. We were warmly greeted on arrival by the friendly receptionist and were shown the procedure for getting the lift. Our room was on the fourth floor overlooking the River Bure and the town. Our room was very spacious as was the accessibility bathroom which was a wet room with a powerful shower. Shower gel and soap was from dispensers. Towels were soft and large. The room came with very good air conditioning, plenty of tea and coffee (more was available from reception). The bed was very comfortable, although a little low for me. Large television, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We booked the meal deal which includes an “all-you-can-eat” breakfast and evening meal which came with one free drink. At £26.99 per head, it was very good value for money. There was a good choice at breakfast, with the usual English fayre. There was also a good choice from the menu for evening meals. The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Meals are taken in the restaurant next door which used to be a Brewers Fayre but is now used solely for the hotel guests. The hotel has plenty of parking, including some undercover. We would most certainly stay at this Premier Inn again, indeed, we are booking again for October.

Probably the best Premier Inn in the UK, and I've stayed a quite a few. Staff were excellent, couldn't do more to be helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and every thing was working, the bed was super comfy. Premier Inn have taken over the running of the attached pub/restaurant and it's great. Nice to see the same staff in the hotel and restaurant. Good beer, great food and reasonably priced. Special mention to Lauren...best member of staff ever!

We stayed for 3 nights to have a break from work.The reception staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean, aircon worked,power shower was great and TV was good quality with all free view channels. We had a meal deal with breakfast on one night which were both great. What really made our stay so good were the staff in both the hotel reception and restaurant.They were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to meet our needs and answer our questions.They were awesome.We would recommend this hotel.
