Great Yarmouth (Seafront) hotel

Not the best experience I've ever had we stayed in room 409 the room has seen better days with several black patches on the bathroom ceiling around the shower and sink. There was a surprising among damage to the walls and doors the room could do with refurbishment.

Do not, I repeat, do not book the breakfast, it is a waste of £12pp especially as a vegetarian, there are just no options, the menu is a lie, we settled on tomato and beans for our breakfasts.

The hotel was great bit what made our stay really good was the staff in the restuarant who vety undersatanding to my and familys need even got us a table early for dinner on the friday night and also let us in early on saturday for breakfast with no fuss

Great long weekend family stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were lovely. The food was great and the staff managed to seat all 9 of us together for our breakfasts. All in all a lovely weekend

I’m left with mixed opinions of this premier inn every staff member we interacted with were great, friendly and welcoming. I have never stayed at a premier inn where it’s necessary to book breakfast and dinner slots this was a bit off putting. Especially at breakfast when given only an hour slot even though have booked seemed a bit odd. The restaurant severely understaffed wasn’t the nicest breakfast we’ve had not as much choice and a bit cold compared to normal standards. The rooms themselves are standard as you’d expect and the sea view was great. The location was good to the beach but a bit far to attractions would get the bus or land train. Overall an ok experience but not as good as other premier inn hotels.
