    "Excellent"
    We had a great holiday at Southport Premier inn. The rooms were lovely and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening. We will be going back.
    "Went for my son's 30th birthday we had our meal in a restaurant opposite so chose to stay here and glad we did."
    Lovely clean room close to amenities would like some rooms to have walk-in showers for those that struggle climbing over the bath.

    Excellent location, Good Parking facilities, nice room and very clean, breakfast area attached to hotel so convenient. Close to promenade and seafront for families.

    What an awful stay. Room was so hot 26 degrees. Did provide a fan. Really needs upgrading for the price. Had an awful 2 nights. Breakfast good. Staff good. Quite glad to leave
    "Stifling room and no air con"
    Outside temperature- 17 degrees. My room never fell below 27 degrees. No air con. Staff admitted there was an issue but couldn’t do anything about it. Worst nights sleep I can remember. Window only able to be opened a fraction so no way to cool the room. New build hotel so couldn’t understand why so hot.
