Cleethorpes hotel

Having never visited Cleethorpes before, we decided to try the premier inn. Emailed before arrival asking for a quiet room. Ally checked us in, was very informative and friendly. Our email had been noted and we were given a room overlooking the golf course which was very quiet. Baylis and Harding toiletries and the air con was easy to turn on and off. We slept very well on our first night, so hoping our second night is equally as good. Looked out of our window and saw ducks and ducklings, we were also lucky enough to watch two deer having a wander until they crossed the water and back onto the golf course. Plenty of disabled parking spaces, remember to display your badge and validate your number plate in reception. Housekeeping was very efficient too, and again very helpful. We had breakfast on site at the pub, again, Dan & Jamie in the kitchen were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Poached eggs done to perfection. In fact the breakfast overall was perfect. This premier inn has the perfect location where you can leave the car in the car park and have a walk around the lake across the road. There is also the light railway where you can take a trip around the lake too. There is also a children’s play centre, cinema, McDonald’s, KFC, subway etc within walking distance . Overall a nice experience and yes we would visit again

Always a warm welcome here from the reception staff as well as the cleaners . A special mention to Katelyn and Ally as they go out of their way to make our visits special.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff Joanne is an absolute star and the manager will go above and beyond, professional,courteous and polite with a perfect service in the restaurant.in future i will request the Cleethorpes Premier Inn when working away.

Our stay was great comfortable beds with great night sleep, had breakfast and tea in the pub, food was served fresh hot and we all enjoyed it even with our fussy eater. But I just want to say Katelyn is an assets to the pub and premier inn, she ran the pub with minimal staff and still to a high standard when it was really busy, she also saved me twice and went out of her way to make sure I received my belongings on my holiday that I had left there. So thank you so much to Katelyn.

My partner and I booked a room at this Premier Inn. Can't fault the staff. They were very pleasant and were run off their feet. Short staffed in restaurant. Good job we ate earlier. Our room was so hot. We had to go and buy a fan. We were shocked that we couldn't even open the window. Very uncomfortable night because the heat was awful. Such a shame because our room was beautifully clean. I have stayed in many Premier Inns, but never had an experience like this.
