Cleethorpes hotel

Place is in a very good quiet location loads of free parking. Just to remember to check your vehicle in at reception. Check in was easy and pleasant the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean but they are tired and dated now and VERY HOT the air conditioning did not work and there is no opening windows so the room was very stuffy resulting in poor sleep. Be aware the adjacent pub next door is only open for breakfast service then from 5pm till 10 pm and is very under staffed which is a shame. All the staff try very hard and are a credit to the business. All in all its OK if your a contractor or business person just looking to get your head down for the night but not great for holiday breaks. This does seem to be what premier inn are angling for

I stayed at the cleethorpes premier Inn on 25th May 2026. The hotel overall wasn’t that bad but the bed wasn’t very comfy. Me already having a bad back but this just made it worse. I don’t know if I’ll stay here again. £57.00 it wasn’t that bad but if I’m paying any price at all low or high I’d at least like a comfy bed which isn’t going to make my back bad.

I always enjoy staying at Premier Inn Cleethorpes, and a big reason I keep coming back is Katelyn. From the moment you arrive, she is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Her warm personality and outstanding customer service make every stay a great experience. It’s staff members like Katelyn who truly make a difference and turn a good hotel into one that guests want to return to again and again. This hotel is of the highest standards from start of your booking to departure and couldn't recommend it any higher and the staff was all exceptional

This hotel provided an excellent place to spend the last night of our cycle ride to Cleethorpes. Staff were friendly right from the moment of arrival. Rooms were spacious and had good AC and green views over a Country Park. The meal deal was very good value for money and well explained by hotel/restaurant manager Katelyn. Dan in the kitchen served up an excellent range of quality food.
