We offer an exclusive guest parking discount of £10 per 24 hours. Simply find a space and pay less to park. Guests must park in Premier Inn marked bays and pay on arrival. The payment machine is located in the car park on the -2 level.The Carpark is located at the back of the building and is underground, please note that the Premier Inn spaces will be managed by YourParkingSpace. Alternative parking is available at the train station car park at £13 for 24 hours. Car park height restriction is 6'1".

"We had awful stay."
We have stayed in premier inns all over the country. This by far is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We had evening meal was absolutely awful. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. It wouldn’t go lower than 19. But the worst thing was my husband wears hearing aids. The tele wouldn’t go higher than 15 so he went to put subtitles on but they were disabled. The room was lovely and very clean. That was the only good thing.

Steve and the other gentleman behind the bar were brilliant! They both made me feel very welcome in Leicester, after a long hard day of graft they really made my day ☺️. The room was exactly what I hope for, nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Thank you.
"Avoid. Run down, dirty and badly maintained"
Worst Premier inn I’ve stayed in. Windows sealed shut, the whole of the floor we were on smelt damp and musty. Room not properly cleaned, sink blocked, TV remote not working, lights in lifts broken, burn marks on the sheets and we found a fake eyelash on the desk.
"Top tier friendly staff"
Super friendly host / reception team here in Leicester! Shout out to Natalie who has helped us out today. We overbooked our rooms but the team helped us out to rectify the problems. That’s guys!
"An enjoyable stay"
I enjoyed my stay at this Premier Inn, which is in a good, central location in the city centre. The room was comfortable and breakfast fine. However, what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff who gave helpful suggestions for places to eat during my stay. My favourite food is curry, so I'd definitely come to the right place! I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel, and Leicester in general, to others and look forward to a return visit soon.
