We offer an exclusive guest parking discount of £10 per 24 hours. Simply find a space and pay less to park. Guests must park in Premier Inn marked bays and pay on arrival. The payment machine is located in the car park on the -2 level.The Carpark is located at the back of the building and is underground, please note that the Premier Inn spaces will be managed by YourParkingSpace. Alternative parking is available at the train station car park at £13 for 24 hours. Car park height restriction is 6'1".

"Nice place to meet up with family"
Perfect stay, sabrina made us feel welcome from the start of check-in and recommended places to see with our family. We had a wonderful time, she was on hand to deliver towels to our room and empty our bins. As we didn't know we needed to ask for a room clean. We will definitely be back when meeting family from across the UK.

Perfect stay, breakfast and evening meal was lovely and staff go above and beyond when needing extras in the room nothing to much trouble
"Chicken in vegetarian meal, funny smell and a monolith!"
Well first I will say the staff are lovely, however the kitchen staff are cheeky monkeys! I ordered the tomato pasta (one of two vegetarian options, salads don’t count lol) and it came with chicken on it by accident. This was then swapped for an apparently new dish, but when I got to my room and began to eat, I saw scrappy bits on chicken in my dish :( Lucky for them I had a fat headache so I couldn’t face going down and debating it, so I have decided to write a review now instead. So kitchen staff, if you are just going to take the chicken off a vegetarian dish, make sure to take off ALL of the chicken so the vegetarian doesn't notice and starve to death! Because we will, we’re all pretty stubborn. Or preferably you could just be respectful and make them a new dish, thanks :) Hopes this helps! Also the whole hotel has a funny smell, like a wet towel/hospital smell, it’s really strong and odd. And also I have a funny pillar thing in my room blocking the window, but that’s okay because I found a funny YouTube video in the same exact room I am in calling it a monolith with funny monolith music so I am actually happy to have been put in the monolith room as it makes me giggle every time I look at it, it’s just so random and monolithey. Lol. Watch out kitchen staff, the monolith saw and heard everything, BEWARE!

Staff were amazing!!! Everywhere was clean and tidy!! Rooms was spacious and clean!!! What more can you ask for!!!……..
