We offer an exclusive guest parking discount of £10 per 24 hours. Simply find a space and pay less to park. Guests must park in Premier Inn marked bays and pay on arrival. The payment machine is located in the car park on the -2 level.The Carpark is located at the back of the building and is underground, please note that the Premier Inn spaces will be managed by YourParkingSpace. Alternative parking is available at the train station car park at £13 for 24 hours. Car park height restriction is 6'1".

"Don't bother"
AVOID - paid for a premium room which wasn't cleaned properly, had the previous guests rubbing in the bin and the bathroom was grubby. Also noisy, could hear other rooms toilet flushes all night long and the wifi is rubbish. Free is capped at 1mb which is pointless and premium is capped at 8mb (even though they say its 24mb)
"No electric"
Stay at this hotel at the weekend to go and watch the darts only to get back to the hotel to have a man knocking on the door to tell me to be quite and then next he telling me that we have been smoking in the room when we haven't I had been sick and it didn't flush all of it only to then get back in bed and they turned all the electric off in the room for no reason I couldn't charge my phone when I had set my alarm to get up as I had an appointment to get to in the morning but I was late as I couldn't charge my phone then got a letter under the door saying they have fined us £100 pound I'm absolutely disgusting paid £125.00 for the room with no electric definitely won't be staying in a premium inn
"Great staff"
I really enjoy staying at this premier inn the staff are polite well trained and helpful especially Sabrina paula and Jason food is excellent and fantastic value for money have stayed over 20 times in the last 2 years due to hospital appointment it's convenient and quiet
"Worst Premier Inn , I ‘ve ever been to !!"
The reception did not pick up the phone when I called several times to ask about on-site parking. Room has very old furniture and bathroom looks scruffy. Sofa and chair not properly aligned . Dinner was served 90mins after being served although it was not busy ( hardly 10ppl max ) Paula , break fast serving waiter was so rude when asked about broken coffee machine and cutlery was not provided on time ( although it should have been already there) . Coffee machine was broken and orange juice not replaced after the jug ran out.
"Bad experience and never again!"
We checked in the Premier Inn Leicester just for a night to attend the uni open day. Location wise it was excellent and just 15 mins walk to the uni. We just used the self check in machines which was quite easy. But the hotel in itself was very bad! The corridors and rooms had a very musty strange smell. The bathrooms were disgusting..saw silverfish which really put me off! We were 2 guests that checked in and only one bath towel was provided. No phones in the room and couldn’t see anyone to ask for an extra one! Minimum toiletries were not provided, which you would expect in every hotel. Overall a very bad experience.
