"Fantastic!"
Was fab! Really enjoyed our stay! Would stay again and bring more family next time! Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay
"Very nearly top marks"
Aside from issues with the number plate recognision at Talbot Rd CP, the stay was as good as expected. Premier Inn is always (well nearly always) on top of their game...
"An open and honest review"
Outside the hotel very clean good first impression, greeted by lovely welcoming staff put our luggage on hold no issue whilst we had a coffee in the pub/restaurant attached to the hotel called the cookhouse pub greeted again by lovely staff we then went for a nice walk along the pier to come back and unpack we was put on the top floor first impression of my room was smelt clean however looking in more detail there was marks, dents, scuff marks all over the walls just needed a paint over,a big stain on the big corner chair,in the bathroom looking up paint coming off the ceiling, mirror wasn’t cleaned properly all marked, stain on the desk chair and on the desk looked like glue or some sort of stain again, I went round the room myself with antibacterial wipes and there was dust on it could of been cleaned better in my eyes also the Wi-Fi was hit and miss throughout the stay but maybe because was windy im not sure stopped before and we had no issue so not sure why it was this time anyway thats the negative over with positives was very quiet room as like I say we was on the top floor and area, I had a sea view which was nice, the bed was big and very comfy for me, the water was hot and powerful for both bath and shower was great and quick, spare pillows was a plus and they was comfy and bouncy, the big chair was comfy but I had to put a towel on the seat as was a great big dirty stain on it and didn’t want to sit on it and couldn’t turn it over, blackout curtains was fab made the room really dark I had a good night sleep every night, all the staff throughout was lovely and polite no issue, the lifts was quick but sometimes broke down and being on the top floor was a bit of a pain
"Clean, convenient and friendly"
We selected two rooms with a "landmark view" and were very happy to see Blackpool Tower straight out of the widows! A lot of fun to sit and watch at night. The staff were incredibly friendly, the restaurant food is very reasonable indeed and overall a great day. 2/3 lifts were randomly broken for a while in the morning but clearly that isn't the staff's fault.
"Premier Inn Blackpool Stay"
Always happy to stay in a premier inn, friendly chap on reception got us checked in, can never fault the room as they are mostly the same up and down the country, very comfortable nights, wifi was a bit patchy but was able to get signal so not problem
