Blackpool (Bispham) hotel

It was awful I woke up with back pain in the morning just from the bed there was dirt on the bed and blankets the mattress was the wrong way around it was a mess in there if you turned on the light in the bathroom it kept waking other people up in my room room was very stuffy for a family of 3 and only 1 bath towel that we had to share only 1 teabag

Hi when we arrived the staff member behind the counter checked us in and was very helpful His name Richard We took advantage of the free breakfast deal The young lady that greeted us with a smile Brilliant Explain everything The chef did brilliant it was so hot and she got all the food out ready it was one of the best we have had at a premier also the young lady that was clearing the tables was very good cleaning and rinsing the cloth each time she cleaned a table The young ladies Sandra, Molly and thank you Back in September

We always stay at this Premier Inn in Blackpool simply because the customer service is excellent. The hotel could do with a facelift and sadly on this occasion the single bed was extremely uncomfortable. We will stay again as staff listened and will action my feedback. We wouldn't eat at the Beefeater as the menu was poor with not enough variety on the menu and very expensive

Lovely Hotel. Lovely staff. Exremely clean. Would have rated it a 5 if there had not been issues with the restaurant booking. Also poor soundproofing if people are talking in the corridors.

Fantastic hotel with plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food and drink was tasty and with a good selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks so much.
