      "Never go again"
      Terrible. We arrived at 14.45 but they would not check us in until 15.00. That is not really a problem. But then whilst waiting we had to listen to staff making fun of the Asian names on the guest list and talking about reservations that were just for sex. It was most unpleasant. It was so hot the chocolate we bought melted completely whilst in our room. The window could not be opened. It smelled terrible of sewer in the room.
      "Decent value accommodation"
      Good basic value accomodation. Sufficiently sized comfortable rooms. The restaurant next door provides reasonably priced decent food provided with a smile from the staff. I'm sure I'll be back.

      Nice quiet room at the back of the hotel overlooking the school. Usual fabulous Silentnight mattress. Excellent Beefeater restaurant next door on the Premier Inn deal - dinner and breakfast. Not too far from the seafront for a stroll after dinner.

      Honestly a premier inn beds are the absolute best beds I think I have ever ever slept on. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a gorgeous area. The rooms are big and comfortable. The sleep you have on them is just 1000/10. Richard at check in was so welcoming and friendly like he honestly couldn’t help enough. Anything we needed help with he was on it straight away. We are a family of 10 and honestly, check in and any other issues were so smooth and easy. Especially when there service with a smile too that makes such a huge huge difference. My parents and sister stayed here last year and we did North Pier and while the sea view was beautiful, it was so much rougher and noisier for my children with autism. They were scared leaving and returning and they have absolutely loved Bispham! There is a park at front for some downtime with the holiday overwhelm. The car park is huge and feels really secure too. I have two kids with SEN needs and they have enjoyed it a million times more than the North Pier we stayed in last year. We will 100% be back thank you Richard and team! Bispham is a brilliant brilliant Premier Inn well worth a visit!!

      We are very loyal customers of Premier Inn and it’s always our choice when we stay away for dancing competitions. Richard was incredibly helpful. Fantastic service. It’s always a great experience at the Bispham and hope to stay again soon.
