Blackpool (Bispham) hotel

We always stay at this Premier Inn in Blackpool simply because the customer service is excellent. The hotel could do with a facelift and sadly on this occasion the single bed was extremely uncomfortable. We will stay again as staff listened and will action my feedback. We wouldn't eat at the Beefeater as the menu was poor with not enough variety on the menu and very expensive

Lovely Hotel. Lovely staff. Exremely clean. Would have rated it a 5 if there had not been issues with the restaurant booking. Also poor soundproofing if people are talking in the corridors.

Fantastic hotel with plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food and drink was tasty and with a good selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks so much.

Have stayed here quite a few times and have never had any problems until now. Upon Checking in the 1st lady we spoke to was very abrupt and rude. Never mentioned about parking to us. Our room wasn’t ready so we headed to the restaurant where the lady there told us about the parking. (We have never paid for parking before here) went back to check in and there was another lady on reception who was lovely couldn’t fault her. Room was big and clean no problems there until through the night. Was put in a room that had the restaurant at side of us. The sound coming from there all night was awful it sounded like an industrial microwave buzzing all night and it was so hot so had to have window open as no air conditioning and the fan wasn’t the best. So sleep wasn’t great for 3 nights this time. 2nd morning went for breakfast to find restaurant shut due to power failure, but looking at other reviews this now seems to be reoccurring. The lady on reception told us where to go for breakfast. I asked could we not go to another premier inn she said yes but will still have to pay, why when we had already paid do we need to pay again🤷🏻‍♀️. So for 2 days had to arrange somewhere else for breakfast,so instead of just popping next door you had jump in your car and find somewhere and having a 4 year old isn’t much fun. Don’t think we will stay at this particular premier inn again as it’s a shame as for us it’s served us well in the past.

Great customer service staff on reception just make your stay well done .Richard and lady on tonight 22nd help us so much to get right room. We will be back .
