"Great location. Room uncomfortable to sleep"
Positives Location - 5-10 min walk to Pleasure Beach and South Pier Room - large enough for family of three, clean & tidy Staff - Friendly and helpful Negatives Room - extremely hot, in 3 days temp in room did not go under 27 degrees. Unable to sleep well. Fan was supplied but didn’t cool room at all. No on site food or drink - we had been aware that the attached restaurant would be closed and continental breakfast supplied, which was ok. However, could have had an option of juice and water. Vending machine was not working one day for water. Morrison’s and Greggs on site (one minute walk) which helped. Always think premier inn are great value however I would not stay here again due to the heat in room.
"Great hotel in central location in Blackpool"
The hotel was great and we'll definitely return. It's undergoing renovation work but does not cause any problems with the stay and there was no noise. The room was unbearably hot though made worse by the nice weather great for winter but not so great in summer as it was 27 degrees at night. Perfect stay other than. The temperature. Really comfortable beds and great facilities. The restaurant is not currently open but fruit, coffees and pastries are provided in the morning.
"A good Premier inn"
Lovely premier inn. Work ongoing on the restaurant which we were told in advance. Staff at reception very helpful when we checked in. Everywhere looked clean and a lot less shabby than other premier inns ive stayed at lately. My room (37) overlooked the busy road and it was rather noisy overnight with the window open. It was very hot the days we were there and although there was a fan in the room, the window open did help keep it cooler. The hotel is handy for Blackpool South train station, a 5 to 10 minute walk across a large, but very quiet car park. There's also a handy morrisons and Gregg's next door as part of a petrol station. Would definitely go back.
"Nice position, good hotel"
the room was clean, but there were no towels, the staff was kind and helpful, unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovation and so we could not have breakfast, but they gave us the opportunity to have a free coffee and croissant to apologize for the inconvenience, outside the hotel there is a petrol station with a small morrison shop and a well-stocked greggs.
"Perfect stay"
Excellent friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy checking, quick. We came for the festival and directions of how to get there were printed in the rooms- great idea. Clean quiet rooms. Great location
