"Horrendous"
Incredibly hot room, hardest ever mattress, luke warm dribbly shower. Quite literally the worst hotel ever! Receptionist in the morning advised yes the rooms do get hot and the showers are not the greatest.
"Prime location for the amusements!"
Excellent stay. Room was very clean. We had a fan which was perfect as it was humid. Coffee facilities at front desk free of charge which was an added bonus. Also had coffee facilities in our room. Perfect location for pleasure beach and south shore amusements - only a 10 minute walk! Car park free of charge with stay which again is an added bonus. We will stay here again on our next visit.
"Great location. Room uncomfortable to sleep"
Positives Location - 5-10 min walk to Pleasure Beach and South Pier Room - large enough for family of three, clean & tidy Staff - Friendly and helpful Negatives Room - extremely hot, in 3 days temp in room did not go under 27 degrees. Unable to sleep well. Fan was supplied but didn’t cool room at all. No on site food or drink - we had been aware that the attached restaurant would be closed and continental breakfast supplied, which was ok. However, could have had an option of juice and water. Vending machine was not working one day for water. Morrison’s and Greggs on site (one minute walk) which helped. Always think premier inn are great value however I would not stay here again due to the heat in room.
"Great hotel in central location in Blackpool"
The hotel was great and we'll definitely return. It's undergoing renovation work but does not cause any problems with the stay and there was no noise. The room was unbearably hot though made worse by the nice weather great for winter but not so great in summer as it was 27 degrees at night. Perfect stay other than. The temperature. Really comfortable beds and great facilities. The restaurant is not currently open but fruit, coffees and pastries are provided in the morning.
"A good Premier inn"
Lovely premier inn. Work ongoing on the restaurant which we were told in advance. Staff at reception very helpful when we checked in. Everywhere looked clean and a lot less shabby than other premier inns ive stayed at lately. My room (37) overlooked the busy road and it was rather noisy overnight with the window open. It was very hot the days we were there and although there was a fan in the room, the window open did help keep it cooler. The hotel is handy for Blackpool South train station, a 5 to 10 minute walk across a large, but very quiet car park. There's also a handy morrisons and Gregg's next door as part of a petrol station. Would definitely go back.
