"Great family stay"
Perfect one night stay. Friendly helpful staff at check in and check out. The hotel was full the night we stayed, but it didn't feel like that. We had a family room on the upper floor and it was huge. Really quiet too - we all slept very well. Have to say, we'd the fear that a Blackpool hotel might be full of revellers, but this wasn't our experience at all. We were too late trying to book dinner so sadly missed out. Did take away drinks later that night, and bar staff were superb, chatty and helpful. Breakfast was ideal, great value esp the free kids meals! We were there to visit the Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach. We walked to and from both during the day and it was fine. At night however we walked to the illuminations and it wasn't the best walk - dark and quiet. Maybe wouldn't rush to do that again! Car parking plentiful. Handy having the petrol stn shop and Greggs beside the hotel.
"Fantastic hotel for visiting Blackpool"
We have stayed in this premier inn 3 times now . Our youngest granddaughter absolutely loves it . Location is second to none, 10 minutes walk to South pier , trams , pleasure beach. Staff are always friendly . Very clean rooms and sofa bed set up ready. Fast hot shower and huge towels . Very quiet, free parking, just perfect. My only criticism is the air con is not working, which was tough in the summer.
"Louise, Tasha & Norma, Exceptional staff members"
Stayed here on a work trip. Absolutely wonderful staff a the restaurant. Louise, Tasha & Norma who was serving us all evening were very polite and professional.
"Fantastic Service"
Staying away for work and couldn’t recommend a better premier inn . Louise , Norma and Tasha were fantastic with the service and very friendly. A credit to the company .
"Think again if you have small children!"
The woman at the check in desk when we checked in was lovely. Unfortunately thats where the good things ended.. when booking the hotel we had to put the age of our child who is 3, our allocated room was 94 this room is up a winding staircase along 2 corridors, 1 of which was pitch black no lights until you open the door at the end and the motion detection lights come on. Not ideal with a 3 yr old luggage and a pram to carry up and along this. When we got into our room the single bed was not made, we found the quilt and matress protector in a bag underneath the double bed labeled for housekeeping use so got that out and put it on the bed there was no quilt cover on the quilt at this point. My dad (who was a guest also in another room) and I approached a women in the reception about the location of the room we were met with quite a rude response. When asking why were we put in a room so far upstairs and down the dark corridor we were told quite rudely that she knew where the room was and how were they suppose to know the age of the child. We told her that we had to put the age of the child on the booking and was told that because we didnt need a cot they wouldnt have known and only cots get put on the ground floor. My nephew who is 2 was placed on the ground floor and he didnt require a cot. After this we were told that the hotel was full so basically had to put up with it. I also mentioned having to make up the single bed with what was in the bag under the bed and needed it making properly as no covers and this was ignored aswell so my toddler was meant to just sleep in a bed that had no quilt cover and juat a matress protector on the bottom!! Absolutely nothing done and no apology given from the hotel when we mentioned it on check out. Not impressed considering the price we all paid for that night as we had 4 different rooms within the hotel all upstairs bar 1 of them. If you have toddlers I wouldnt bother!!
