"Fantastic stay"
Slightly further away from the beach than we thought but not too far. Booked a taxi to take us to the tower and it cost us £7.80 so very reasonable. The room was fine, we had a couple of issues which were quickly resolved, we stayed for 2 nights and the room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our short stay. The restaurant was lovely, nicely decorated and a good menu with plenty of choice for an evening meal. Breakfast was good with the choice of fruit, cereals and pastries and a warm breakfast. All the staff were lovely and very attentive. Special mention to Josh who served us our evening meal and was the perfect host and to Norma who helped during breakfast. She was rushed off her feet making sure that everyone had what they needed but was smiling and appeared happy to help the whole time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely think about staying again.

"Amazing Hotel Restaurant a let down awesome staff"
Hotel and Staff were amazing, as you would expect from a premier inn, but the restaurant was a big let down for me and I always prefer to stay a premier inn for the breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights, the restaurant has been refurbished and looks amazing but does not open until 5pm I couldn't even get a J2O, we we're eating our eveing meal with another couple we ordered our meals together but paid separately, we had almost finished eating our meal before the other couple's food had come out, and they had to go and ask a few times as to where their food was, in the end waited almost an hour for their food. Breakfast seemed very disorganised items overcooked. On our 2nd morning we got up to go and have breakfast to have to wait for breakfast items to be cooked to had already done our toast and coffee which eneded up being cold as we were waiting for bacon and eggs to be cooked, this is not something we're used to when staying at a premier Inn, like I say the staff were amazing they just need to get more organised. Other than the restaurant the hotel beds were comfortable as usual had a great night sleep 😴

Visited here recently for work and it was fantastic! Colette cleaned my room and it was immaculate. All of the team I met were fab - too many to mention. Lovely new restaurant too.
