Blackpool Airport hotel

This hotel is in a great location with very good parking. However the hotel itself leaves Lot to be desired. We stayed in room no1. It was very dated and scruffy- not up to the usual premier inn standard and definitely not Premier. Also being near reception there was a lot of noise from the reception area. The room had an interconnecting door wich sounded like we were sharing a room with our neighbours. Definitely would Not go back to this hotel. The staff say it is up for sale! The balloon restaurant next door only does breakfast until 10am which we thought was too early. Morrisons restaurant and Greggs are nearby. We went to see the sights of Blackpool. The lights themselves were not as good as we remember with vanilla lights for long stretches rather than themed lights displayed. The tower circus was a highlight. The show was amazing- 2 hours of pure entertainment for a very reasonable price. We went to Bank restaurant which is amazing and Harry Ramsdens which was good. Like the new trams for getting about- very efficient and reasonably priced.

Staff were very helpful and polite and friendly the hotel was clean and tidy great parking room was clean and tidy bed so comfortable

I can only like it to the feeling you get when you buy something, then when you get up close to it you feel disappointed cause its a copy, a fake , a cheap imitation. This felt like an imposter that had assumed the Identy of a Premier Inn. I reckon i stayed in more than 20 different PI and this is the lowest rating one i done. Deffo a low quality copy

Another great stay at this premier inn. Handy location for buses and trams into Blackpool and Lytham. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit tired but still perfectly comfortable. Bonus is the large carpark. It’s a shame that instead of investing in this hotel PI have put it up for sale. We will certainly miss going there as I’m sure so will the regular guests.

First stayed here 20 years ago,it has become our go to place in Blackpool when we go by car, love the place, big spotlessly clean rooms, large free car park, handy for buses if you want to go into town & with a pub next door that does food if you don't! Sadly our latest trip ended on a sour note with the news that Premier Inns have put the hotel up for sale, real shame!
