If you are Disabled stay clear of this Hotel!! We arrived and was given our Key card room 28 ! My husband has COPD and can not walk very far , the room we was given was 3 corridors away ,he would not of made the first corridor so I explained it to reception and was told that's all they got ! So I can't even review on room we never managed to get to it! And refused to give a refund for the room my husband could not make it to !!So if you struggle with walking and book an Accessible room this is definitely not an Accessible room ! We had to drive back home 4 5 hours away ! No refund they are happy they done everything right ! STAY CLEAR if Disabled or make sure you get room by reception!

Wouldn't normally moan on a review site, but there was an awful damp smell eminating from the bathroom. Even with the door shut, it slowly seemed to infuse the whole room. I had allergy symtoms, similar to hayfever. I did report it, which was met with assurance it would be looked at, but in my opinion, it's been like it for a while. It reeked and I certainly wouldn't recommend any people with vulnerable immune systems to stay unless it's properly fixed. As someone else mentioned, the water pressure was very low with a fairly unresponsive mixer tap, that while covered in soap I had to flounder around for the mixer, trying to avoid being scalded by hard to control very hot water. Value wise, it could be a good price for the area, but not with the damp smell and shower issue. In terms of noise, there was a little clattering outside and the odd door slam, but fairly reasonable. No noisy pumps. I slept okay. The entrance with a pub looking like a building site isn't pretty, but there is a green park next door and the parking for my small van seemed secure enough, although I never leave valuables in it.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the food was good, all in all a great place to stay
