"Great stay"
As always a comfortable bed. We were emailed beforehand to advise us there is refurb work being done at the hotel. However it was ok. Lovely friendly service. Breakfast was great freshly cooked and great friendly staff. Nice small premier inn perfect for visiting family nearby.
"Bring back Beefeater restaurant......."
Entry to the Inn is via a derelict abandoned old Beef eater restaurant that Premier closed. The staff were good/excellent Still no EV charge points No AC in the bedrooms, electric table fans supplied no good enough. New 'SALON' feature, is a joke. only able to provide microwave food from a limited menu. Small selection of bottled beer. only No atmosphere WHO in Premier decided to remove the working beefeaters???? When selecting premier inn, you need to ensure there is a decent eatery close by. The salon is very good for breakfast, but then can't go wrong here can you! I always stayed at premier inn, but no more, will look for better places even consider Travel lodge.....
"Poor Premier Inn facilities"
Premier Inn in my mind has gone down in my expectation as a quality accommodation. They have gone to below that of Travel Lodge. I have always used Premier for their quality. But, NO MORE. 1. lack of power points for EV 2. No AC in bedrooms. (portable table fans are NOT sufficient) 3. Removal of the old Beefeater restaurants, lack of choice now using microwave food. 4. No atmosphere in the new Salon, limited bottle beer only. 5. Beware, if you decide to use Premier, select one that is near a local eatery if you want decent food. (NB: no issue with breakfast service)
"Amazing staff!"
A really lovely experience at this Premier Inn, the staff are the real stars of the show here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Extra requests were accommodated generously, we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Clo, Kelsa and Charlotte!

I had a lovely meal. The starter. chicken goujons were cooked exactly was how I like them and both meals were timed perfectly.exaclt as I had requested. A big THANKYOU to the cook / server Matt

Located just next door to Woodlands Park, our Gravesend Central hotel is an ideal hub for getting the most out of this historic town. From discovering the New Tavern Fort to catching a show at the Woodville Theatre, you’ll find plenty of fun things to do nearby. Shopaholics will be spoilt for choice too, with Gravesend town centre right on our doorstep and Bluewater Shopping Centre just a 15-minute drive away. However you spend your days out near Dartford, you can look forward to tasty meals with us back at The Social before enjoying a great night’s sleep on one of our super-comfy beds.
