Gravesend Central hotel

The room was fine, as expected, as was breakfast. However, I would advise against eating an evening meal here. The Beefeater on site is closed and boarded up and the alternative is a small dining room with no bar (only bottled/canned drinks in a fridge). Not at all suitable for a group and the food itself was very average and small portions.

Super-comfy bed, friendly and very helpful staff (CLO and Karen). Great location next to the park. Couldn’t do anything about the heat!

Premiere inn need to install AC it was like sleeping in a oven. We stopped in Glan conwy exactly the same. Please install AC as a priority.

My stay at Premier Inn was very positive overall. The atmosphere was great, the room was better than expected, and the service throughout was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. The room exceeded expectations — comfortable, tidy, and well‑presented. Cleanliness was exceptionally good, with everything spotless from the bathroom to the bedding. Noise levels were reasonable, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Good value for money. The quality of the room, service, and comfort matched the price well. One thing that would improve the stay is the lack of air conditioning. During high temperatures, especially on the top floor, customers really need a way to cool down properly. An air‑conditioning unit would have helped me sleep better and made the room more comfortable in the heat. A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and good value. If the location were closer to key amenities — and if air conditioning were added for hot weather — it would be close to perfect.
