Chatham/Gillingham (Victory Pier) hotel

We stayed here for a few nights for work and really enjoyed the stay. We e stayed in Premier Inns across the country as this was excellent and the best we have stayed in. Great food and excellent staff. Sarah and Steve were great !

After a long week in another Premier inn , work being chaotic , Sarah couldnt do enough for me. Hotel room was clean. Hotel parking easy. Sarah listened to me and helped with all my concerns or frustrations ,nice to have nice staff on reception as this is not akways guaranteed.

The staff made it a great overnight stay. staff- front desk pm and am team (Sarah particularly) helped store our bicycles and was most welcoming, thank you

A little wait for our rpom although it was after check in. The premier room was lovely. It was clean and quiet. We ate at the restaurant and although lack of staff meant a bit of axwait the food was ok. Breakfast though, despite other reviews was cold and unappetising. The room price was extremely reasonable and great value for money and would stay again.

I recently stayed at a Premier Inn and had a genuinely great experience, made even better by the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Sarah. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble—she went out of her way to make sure everything about my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The room itself was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also well-organized, with plenty of options and friendly staff on hand. What really stood out, though, was Sarah’s professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who so clearly cares about the guest experience, and she made a lasting impression. Thanks to her, I’d happily return and would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.
