"A warm welcoming Premier Inn"
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was freshly cooked in small quantities so wasn't sitting around for too long. Rooms nice and clean.

I had an excellent stay, the food was the best I've ever eaten at a premier Inn. Good night's sleep, and the staff were excellent, with a shout out to Sarah, who was very welcoming and efficient.

Only a one night stay but have to say I was very impressed. Very friendly and efficient Lady at reception on arrival which immediately put me at ease. Room was immaculate and air condition had been put on as it was a hot afternoon. Bed and mattress very comfortable and extra pillows available if needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of things and the self service cooked breakfast all nice and fresh Again very friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again when I visit the area in future. Great customer service is a rare thing nowadays but on my visit it was very evident. Hats off to you all and thank you for making my short stay so very nice. Look forward to coming back again before long
"Fabulous Team at Premier Inn, Chatham!"
We had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn in Chatham, and would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff that work here. Sarah dealt with a difficult situation involving a vulnerable adult, and handled it with sensitivity and empathy, doing a tremendous job in immediately defusing the situation so it didn’t affect other guests. Well done to Louis as well for keeping the restaurant running during this time. Sarah is a credit to herself and Premier Inn, as well as all the staff that work here. Thank you very much!
