"Disappointed this time and air conditioning not working"
Great location and staff very friendly, helpful as always when I say here regularly. Problem was this time the air conditioning wasn't working correctly in the room on a hot day and seemed restricted to fan speed and temperature so made the room unusable as you cnt even open the window here. I managed to get a fan but still had a bad night's sleep. On previous visits the room was lovely and cold which must have meant there was a fault which no one mentioned so be aware if it's hot. This was only 26c on the day but I couldn't wait to leave and cool down in my car so didn't even have breakfast which was paid for and to be honest was very poor quality the month before when I went since the restaurant was sold.
"Do not use if you want a working shower."
We were surprised at how poor our room was (324), given how new the hotel is. The shower in our room was broken and only dispensed scalding hot water, which after 5 hours of travelling in 30 degree heat, was the one thing we wanted to use. We arrived late into the evening after driving from the Midlands on the hottest day of the year, and we both were desperate to shower. The shower was unusable without third degree burns because the heat valve was jammed, but this was only realised after having stripped sweaty clothes off and were standing in it ready for a shower. As the time was nearly midnight, we chose to simply get some sleep and in the morning (still unshowered) reported it to the second receptionist, who apologised and said she could get someone to look at it later that day, which was pointless because we were checking out after one night. There was no offer of compensation for the lack of facilities in our room and we left in a rather bedraggled and unclean state. The breakfast was sadly of poor quality, no local produce, and the cutlery was of very low quality too. In fact, I cut the inside of my mouth on the sharp edge of a spoon when eating yoghurt. We were quite glad to check out.
      "Brilliant hotel and location"
Excellent hotel...brilliant location...everything was lovely clean and we maintained like new... I had a sea view room was amazing to wake up to a sunrise by the sea. Lovely staff ...don't have a complaint about anything except he wifi and phobr signal was poor so had to go outside toake calls also I wish windows would open being by the sea feels a disappointment not have fresh sea air in the room... Otherwise we'll recommended hotel. Thank you Premier Inn and staff
"Great short break by the sea"
Great hotel and friendly staff who go the extra mile. Room good size for 3 of us, nice view, breakfast what you would expect and did not disappoint. Had an issue with the room which was dealt with swiftly & professionally. Only let down is the WIFi even when you pay for the premium it continuously kicks you out. Would highly recommend.
      "Very nice indeed."
Very nice hotel right on the beach, close to amenities. Unfortunately mobile phone coverage seems to be blocked in the hotel and the WiFi is ridiculous even the paid option.
