    "Lovely place to stay."
We love staying here. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are clean. The location is excellent as it’s right by the sea. There are two lifts which make life so much easier and the restaurant is next to the reception. We will look forward to our next visit.
"Comfortable short stay and you get what you pay for."
Good scenic location right at the beach and close to the high street. Family room was fairly comfortable and bathroom was good with a nice bath. Free WiFi was very slow and unusable. Breakfast was average. AC had to be adjusted/started couple of times by speaking to the front desk reception.
"The staff are very nice and helpful special warar"
Waoar was so friendly and helpful, and very gentleman also I would like to say thank you to Stacy who works at the restaurant very helpful and hard worker thank you. We have such good experience .
"Really good stay, friendly staff would deffo recommend"
Don’t have much bad to say to be honest! Hotel is in a great location with a great bus service! I recommend if you’re travelling more than a few days to buy the weekly family bus ticket and just leave the car parked up! Saves a fortune. We parked on the front right near the hotel (hotel doesn’t have parking) which meant we didn’t have far to walk with cases and just left the car there all week. We paid for the added breakfast which was a bargain! Can’t fault the staff especially geordie Geoff! the breakfast chef who was very friendly felt like we were at home. Food is quite limited on an evening/day but still very tasty we ate here a few times x waiter Anthony was great and really friendly 😀 Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and anything we asked for was no trouble and sorted the same day We will deffo be returning in future
"A deeply disappointing stay - not what expected from Premier Inn"
The worst hotel experience I've ever had – completely unacceptable for Premier Inn. I had booked this stay as a special treat for my daughter’s birthday, promising her a room with a sea view. Upon arrival, I was met by a receptionist — a woman with dark hair and glasses who said her name was Emily — who told me there would be an extra charge for a sea view. This was the first time I had ever heard of such a policy at Premier Inn, and it felt like an opportunistic attempt to squeeze more money out of guests. When I questioned the charge and refused to pay extra, the receptionist became noticeably cold and dismissive. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional — rude, unhelpful, and completely at odds with the standards I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn. When I told her I was unhappy with how she was treating us, her only response was a curt and sarcastic “OK.” No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue — just outright indifference. The entire experience was deeply embarrassing, especially in front of my family. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. I was so disappointed that I cancelled the second night and moved to a nearby hotel, which turned out to be far more pleasant and accommodating. This stay was supposed to be a happy occasion, but Premier Inn managed to turn it into a frustrating and humiliating ordeal. I’ll be seriously reconsidering ever booking with them again.
