    "Amazing staff, great night sleep"
    I visit this Premier Inn regularly because of work. The location is great but more importantly the staff are amazing. Nothing is ever to much trouble. I have never had a bad experience and I have been visiting for nearly three years. I look forward to going as I sleep better there than home due to the quiet and the blackout curtains, plus the beds are so comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
    "Perfect for a short stay."
    We arrived for a funeral in the Isle of Wight, so the Premier Inn was perfect for our stay. Although busy there was space in the car park and the check in staff were very helpful even asking if we wanted to book for dinner. As alwAYS, Premier Inn provides a good clean hotel where we can always get a good night's sleep.

    Had a lovely stay at the premier inn in Newport. Central to reach all of the islands attractions. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice of continental or cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful and special mention to Ryan who served us in the beefeater next door-fantastic service, enthusiastic and helpful without being annoying. Rooms were clean but would be concerned to stay in hot weather as no aircon. There was a fan in the room but still hot on an average September night.
    "OK but worse than other Premier Inn experiences"
    Premier Inn rooms are always similar business setting, comfortable bed, but annoyingly always carpet floors which sometimes stink. The room didn't smell nice. The design of the sink area in the bathroom was uncomfortable to keep personal hygiene items around it. Location slightly out of the town. Personnel were nice.
