"BEWARE WE PHONED AHEAD AND PAID AND HAD EARLY CHECKIN COMFIRMED AND ON ARRIVAL WERE DECLINED"
Well, we arrived at just over 11 am with our luggage and plans a foot to meet colleagues in 30 minutes 30 minutes we spent trying to convince a receptionist who really didn’t bother to check that we had paid and had been confirmed for an early arrival and paid £15 After several discussions, eventually she decided to go and seek another member of stuff I was always educated the reception is the make and break of any organisation and it was certainly broken at this point A second member of staff arrived and much to our surprise informed us that the room was ready and was on the third floor those rooms had actually been available when we arrived, but the receptionist did not know how to respond or to do the job. Needless to say, we got the room bathroom rather rough, unfinished repairs and a cold death and blowing Some what of a dark dingy environment we will never visit this place ever again for the treatment we got on arrival and we missed our connection and colleagues Ti rub salt in the wounds this hotel cost us almost £200 for one night never ever again
    "Excellent friendly staff"
Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are basic but good. We opted for the meal deal on night one and as usual it’s such a good deal. Stephen & Holly were in the restaurant and they were just great, so chatty with us. Such great members of staff and a credit to the hotel.
"We were allocated room 130 on the 1st floor. This room does not have a healthy environment with no air conditioner"
This Premier Inn is located near train station and bus stops. It's entrance at a busy bus stop can be off putting along with the poorly signed main entrance.
    "Excellent location"
Great location for event at the O2 Ritz, also only 10 minute walk to shopping including the Arndale shopping centre. Outside of the building and reception area would put you off entering (reception really needs a refurb) but once through the chaos of a crowd trying to book in the hotel is excellent. Rooms are of usual Premier Inn standard - all neat and clean, beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurant and for breakfast was excellent. Continental breakfast is a bit pricey though. Cooked is good value. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking nearby was £29 for 24 hours which is to be expected in the area. We choose the Q-park which is very close. If you choose the flexible option the 24 hour clock starts from when you arrive.
    "Dirty and noisy"
Stayed on Friday night always use premier inn hotels but this one was dirty and noisy till 5am people shouting and fighting outside on the street the room was dirty wasn’t told the air conditioning wasn’t working someone just put a fan in the room blowing hot air around the windows handles broken so couldn’t closely tight .the bed was very uncomfortable and felt like something was biting us the carpet was dirty too. Think the place needs a good deep clean. But the bathroom was very clean
