"You really don't want to stay here. Dreadfully hot and humid."
This place is terribly designed and extremely uncomfortable: - the building is designed as a big heat-sink, it collects heat in a central light-well which is retained throughout the day and night. The windows do not open properly and there is no cross-breeze at all. - there is no air conditioning and even with a fan running full-blast (noisy) all night the room was not cooled at all. While the temperature ranged from 12-20 degrees outside, inside the room was approx 30 degrees at all times. The humidity was unbearable. - no sleep due to these issues. I don't have any complaint about the staff or food, just these structural issues.
    "Good Hotel, Excellent Location"
Good hotel, excellent location with really friendly, helpful staff. The young man on reception was really helpful, and despite being busy, coped really well. We requested clean towels on the second day, and our entire room was serviced. It offered very good value for money. The room was quiet despite the central location, and we got a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay again.
"Please do not not book this Hotel doesn’t comply with the Premier Inn “Good Night Sleep Guarantee"
Booked this Hotel to stay for the oasis cake when we arrived the ambient temperature in Manchester was around 18 to 20° when we entered the room. The temperature in the room was 29° on the thermostat. We approached the front desk who told us that they would get us a fan for the room which they did this only blue hot air around the room. We then approached them later after we’ve been to the gig again the room was at 28° so I’d only come down 1° however outside was around 13 or 14° so that showed that the thermostat within the room was broken and the heating was actually on the reception stated that we could claim on the good night sleep guarantee as we had the stop sleep and to speak the reception in the morning to get the details which we did they were more than helpful however upon approaching Premier Inn themselves they have stated that the good night sleep guarantee is not invited for this hotel as it does not have air-conditioningthis to me as a complete copout and we had paid a significant amount of money for the room that day due to the concert overall would not book this hotel again find another establishment very poor service from Premier Inn
    "Fab stay in Manchester"
Lovely friendly welcome, really helpful staff and a great location. Everything you would expect from a premier inn (comfy bed, quiet, clean etc.) but with a great service touch. Brandon and Gina particularly helpful and keen to give great service. Fab 👌😁
    "Unbearably hot"
Unbearably hot rooms. Do NOT ignore the reviews! honestly the worst sleep we've had. We had 3 fans and still wasn't enough. The staff are lovely. But that's as far as the praise goes. We couldn't wait to leave.
