    "Excellent location"
Great location for event at the O2 Ritz, also only 10 minute walk to shopping including the Arndale shopping centre. Outside of the building and reception area would put you off entering (reception really needs a refurb) but once through the chaos of a crowd trying to book in the hotel is excellent. Rooms are of usual Premier Inn standard - all neat and clean, beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurant and for breakfast was excellent. Continental breakfast is a bit pricey though. Cooked is good value. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking nearby was £29 for 24 hours which is to be expected in the area. We choose the Q-park which is very close. If you choose the flexible option the 24 hour clock starts from when you arrive.
    "Dirty and noisy"
Stayed on Friday night always use premier inn hotels but this one was dirty and noisy till 5am people shouting and fighting outside on the street the room was dirty wasn’t told the air conditioning wasn’t working someone just put a fan in the room blowing hot air around the windows handles broken so couldn’t closely tight .the bed was very uncomfortable and felt like something was biting us the carpet was dirty too. Think the place needs a good deep clean. But the bathroom was very clean
"The stay was great be aware of the parking issues."
Location was great for what we needed. Hotel is clean, tidy and well looked after. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Social varc and restaurant are fantastic on the first floor. Only downside is there isn't parking onsite but available at the local q park novatel, with a discount code. This wasn't prompted at the time of booking (that i noticed) so I missed out on getting a car park close. Also when booking those Q park facilities it's difficult to know which one you want between the two!
"Excellent stay for concert at Co op live"
Excellent stay for a concert at the co op live. The tram stop is just round the corner. All the staff were brilliant, especially Holly and Ryan who were rushed off their feet at breakfast time, but nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile on their face! We will be back.
"Central hotel, well located & choice of courtyard facing room ensures quiet night"
Value for money, very central location, resturants and pubs very near. Try to choose the inward facing rooms. No noise at night. The room is very warm, even in September.
