      "Sweatbox"
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory experience during my recent stay at your Manchester Central branch on 12th July 2025. We booked to twin room and all 4 guests were very unhappy with their stay. Myself the following morning almost fainted walking g back to the train station from fatigue and lack of sleep due to your unsafe thermal comfort conditions in your room. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of expectations, primarily due to two major issues: unsafe and excessive heat in the room and significant noise throughout the night. Despite my best efforts to get some sleep and rest, the uncomfortable high temperature made the room feel stifling and impossible to sleep in and with window that didn’t open and an in room thermostat that only heated the room not cooled it, as confirmed by your receptionist on both occasions we asked, there was a fan in the rooms, but they were insufficient to cool the room and loud to sleep with it left on during the night. To make matters worse, persistent noise from nearby rooms/outside further disrupted the night, making sleep virtually impossible.
      "Unbearably hot room"
We booked to stay here after attending a concert. The location was great but the room itself was unbearably hot with no air con. The temperature in our room was 33 degrees!!! A fan was provided however all it done was blow hot air around the room and it was that loud you couldn't even attempt to sleep. We did have window which opened a fraction but again, this didn't do anything to help cool the room down. We had zero sleep and checked out early. Really disappointing as I have never had an issue with a Premier Inn before.
      "City Centre, expect night-time noise."
Edge of China Town and City Centre. Some excellent restaurants, bars everywhere!! Zero parking at the hotel other than local QPark. Restricted hieght, so closest open car parking is 20 min walk. No fun with suitcases. And street parking is £7 for TWO HOURS. Rooms are a good size, and the window will just about open. However, the fan in the room was a great addition. Street noise is a problem. Like all Premier Inn Hotels, the staff make these places.
      "Customer service"
Excellent customer service from Oliver! Exceptional. The company should not loose this guy. Paulo at the dinning was wide awake for an early morning .His service at the entrance woke me up straight away. Excellent service.
      "Terrible sauna of a hotel"
Did not sleep at all. Couple of useless fans just wafting round hot air. Not able to complain through the good nights sleep policy because I didn’t check the weather a.year before my visit. Terrible hotel honestly. Please don’t be fooled by the Premier Inn brand in this
