    "Awful."
Dark, dingy, scruffy room, no accessible window, diry a d smelt awful. Poor customer service when we challenged with a total lack of interest from reception staff, and specifically Holly, who was incredibly rude and just lacked any grasp of customer service. I actually felt unsafe in this hotel which isn't something I've ever felt.
    "Seriously Depressing hotel"
Dated furniture, outlook from window was straight into an office, window didn’t open or close properly, curtain rail broken, I could go on - it was just depressing! For balance the location was really good and the bed comfy
    "semi regular visitor"
great stay. Paulo at breakfast was great . obviously the air con needs fixing. hallways far too hot. was great that there was a fan already in the room though.
    "Brilliant for theatre"
Great help all round, restaurant brilliant, Paulo very good help all round will stay again if going to theatre or Manchester
"SECURITY RISK DO NOT STAY HERE!! Intruders claiming to be staff access to your room."
We went for breakfast at 9.30am and left the do no disturb sign on our door. We returned 45 minutes later to discover an intruder in our room. He was wearing all black, not the usually Premier Inn uniform. When I questioned him on why he had entered our room despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, said he was from housekeeping and was cleaning the room. All of our personal possessions had been moved including my wife's hand bag containing all of her bank cards. As we could not use the room due to the strange man in there we had to check out early and unprepared. We complained to reception and they agreed that we had been treat very badly but said there was nothing they could do.
