    "Manchester airport premier inn"
    Arrived at hotel self checking, not great room key didn't work wasn't advised hotel was having external work,bar staff very friendly and great service staff good very busy and loud door slamming last bus shuttle 10am would make sense to do it all day
    "Another Great Stay"
    Fantastic stay as usual Tracy the manager and Nikolo were very helpful with our needs for room choices . Very pleasant and polite checking us in very quickly.Dinner in restaurant was lovely good service the Burgers were especially nice .Breakfast again was lovely Nikolo was on again for breakfast and recognised us and promptly found us a suitable table .We will be staying again in November b4 our holiday and again in June .
    "Excellent hotel and great location"
    We stayed here on the last weekend of August summer holidays for one night. Our reason for staying was to visit the Runway Visitor Centre and also to view the planes from The Airport Pub. Reading previous reviews about the building works made me slightly apprehensive, but it looks like most work is almost complete and it certainly didn't affect our weekend break. There was plenty of parking spaces. If you obtain a printed ticket from reception, take the ticket outside to the machine and scan the QR code, it cost £14 for 24 hours. Check in was easy, it's self service and although we didn't ask for help there was a very friendly receptionist who took control and assisted our check in. We had room 625, which was on the top floor and was on the back of the hotel, therefore my children had a great view of the airport and could see planes landing and taking off. We had a family room which was comfortable and adequate for our needs. The kids had a single bed each which is far better than sharing a double sofa bed. We ate at the hotel for dinner. I recommend the meal deals they offer. We had the adult breakfast for 2 which included the kids eat breakfast for free. The evening meal deal was about £17 per adult and we chose a main and a dessert. The food was great and service was excellent. Breakfast the following morning was also excellent. Great stay all round, couldn't fault it. The location meant we were no more than 10 minutes away from where we needed to be. We would stay here again, especially if we were staying the night before an early flight.
    "Phone operator dont have a clue"
    I called to query a check in time as my flight landed at 2.30am and I needed a room for the night with my family including children (8 & 6) and also a 10month baby. The operator said i needed to book 2 days the fay before my flight landed and the day my flight landed as check in time was after 3pm. I felt this was strange but went ahead to book after asking several times if this was correct. On the day we checked in at 3.30am, i asked the clerk who said i was told incorrectly and booked an extra day for no reason as the hotel took in customers anytime due to it being a airport Premier inn and due to the nature of flights. I was told to email and complain as I had paid for an extra night which I made no use of. Terrible service by the phone operator but greatful the clerk informed me of the error the operator made.
