"Lovely airy room"
Our rooms were big and airy. Shower was powerful. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean and well decorated. We were near the top floor and it was quiet Plenty of places near by to eat. My son used the bar £12 for a wine and a Coca Cola 5 mins walk to the station. Then we used the tube to get everywhere else. The area itself around King’s Cross is dirty and some people begging when you cross the roads .
"Fantastic Customer Service"
We are currently staying at the Kings Cross Premier Inn and I just thought I had to mention the fantastic customer service provided by Lilian P. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with a smile and went over and above to answer any queries we had and provided fantastic customer service throughout out stay. She is an asset to your hotel. "Perfect location"
One of the better Premier Inns we’ve stayed in due to the prime location and the nicely appointed restaurant/cafe areas. It’s a stone’s throw from Kings Cross and ideal to leave your luggage before exploring the city. Our family room was clean, air con a bit noisy but welcomed! Breakfast was standard, staff really friendly. Would definitely stay again for a one-night stopover.
"Great V4M and location."
our room overlooked the back, and therefore a side street so relatively quiet. The mattress was amazing. So nice, we might buy one ourselves as we need a new one. Air-con was a little extreme, but nothing to worry about. Staff were great, breakfast good value We stayed just before an early Eurostar the next day and it’s a five minute walk. Highly recommended.
"Horrendous hotel"
We have stayed here a number of times and had good service. However, the experience during our recent stay is now dire. The reception staff are rude and unwelcoming. The carpets are Filthy and the rooms aren’t much better. We had bloodstains on the sheet. We asked for our room to be cleaned but our sheets were not changed. The coffee machine did not work. When we informed reception, the staff clearly could not have cared less. We will never stay here again.
