"Overnighter"

So convenient for Kings Cross/St Pancras. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was super-clean. Enjoyed having a relaxing bath, as so many rooms now only have showers. The new Nespresso machine is a nice touch too. Even though the restaurant was closed, there are so many take-aways/restaurants near the hotel that it wasn't a problem. I was also impressed with the price - very reasonable indeed. This is my second stay and I will definitely be back.

"Could be noisy"

We do not know, if it is external or internal. There are noises coming to our room. We did not have good rest. We were so exhausted, we did not tell the reception at that time. We are telling others who want to stay here to ask for a quiet room.

My friend and I stayed at Premier Inn London Kings Cross hotel. This was our first time in London and this hotel was recommended to us by a friend. The location of the hotel is convenient (close to the London Kings Cross tube) and has many delicious restaurants close by. The room was clean and comfortable to stay at. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were kindly greeted by Ballsir and Patricia, who made us feel welcomed. They were very helpful. I would also highly recommend this hotel if any of my friends asked for a place to stay in London.

"Critically Worker, room cancelled by hotel as didn't check in till after work."

Absolutely fuming, room booked as working in the area for a couple of days on night shifts. I've done this every week for the last 6 weeks, along with about 30 other work colleagues, never been an issue before. This morning finished work at 6am, went to hotel which was booked from 2 pm yesterday 29/3/21 until 10 am 31/3/21, but this morning the hotel had decided that I wasn't arriving & cancelled the my room. After discussing with reception, they then wanted the whole stay paid for again to authorise, I'm now driving 3 hours home, as during lock down hotels for workers need to be booked in advance. Premier Inn I'm shocked, disgusted & appalled.

"Quick Visit"

At short notice I had to book a stay at this hotel. We found the staff very welcoming and the room excellent. 10 days later another nights stay was required with the same standard’s. I would recommend and again if required would not hesitate to book .
