"Reliable Quality"
This hotel is very convenient for the Eurostar. I experienced exactly what I expected, a clean room, comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. We ate in the hotel's restaurant which was an added convenience. Food was fine and delivered by friendly waiters.
"Great trip"
Excellent position for visiting London, close to station and tube.. lovely staff and food excellent , room was clean and had everything you needed
"I'd stay there again!"
A great, convenient, and pleasant place to stay. Very good value for the money too! Cheerful and helpful staff! The breakfast is good too!
"Disorganised. "
Had to queue to check in. Machines were all out of order Then in the middle of the check in he had to go and check if the room was ready. It was 17.00 hardly an early check in. As I couldn't stand for a long while I gave him my name and said tell me when it's my turn. He then addressed me as Owen. Not Mrs Owen just Owen. How rude. For £224 I expect better.
"London kings cross"
We stayed here earlier in August and when we were given the key to our room it had not even been cleaned so we had to go back to reception to be requested to be put in another room. The reception staff the next day were very rude and abrupt when checking out and asking to leave our luggage. Customer service has a lot to be improved on
