"Poor room but central London ££££"
Room poor, bathroom really? View sadly horrible but needs must. Red eye flight from Canada so needed some rest. Food down stairs, tried to charge £42 for 7 small plates when it was £39. Be on your toes…. Manager called to amend “error” on the till. A once great brand now needs refurb - we won’t return, plenty other expensive hotels willing to charge £200plus 🤦‍♂️ Location great but hotel No.
"Dirty shower"
Bathroom shower were dangerously dirty at premier King’s Cross hotel rooms 410 and 102 were the worsed I have ever known

Welcoming professional staff, lovely room and facilities, good breakfast and lovely evening meals served well cook as we liked All in all a fabulous experience with a hotel we would recommend and visit again

Excellent location and one of the better Premier Inn hotels that I have stayed in. The room was comfy and bright. Had a bit of issue with the key cards but the manager (Dominic) sorted it out himself and even came up to the room to ensure that it was sorted. Had some changes to my booking and Dominic helped to ensure that the stay was not disrupted which was very much appreciated.
