"Save yourself the pain - stay somewhere else"

The room was tired and tatty, no phone charging USB point, decor was shabby, scratched and scuffed, the bathroom mirror was peeling and the veneer was coming off the doors. There was not a single smile or eye contact from any member of staff and the bar service was appalling. I felt I was intruding on some private corporate grief and not welcome to share the misery. There are far better places to stay close by.

"We had a good stay in Premier Inn."

The location and accessibility were great. The rooms were okay, but there was a somewhat musty smell. The windows could not be opened, so unfortunately, it couldn't be ventilated. The beds were good, and the bathrooms were fine. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, but I could have preferred a slice of cheese or salami. Not everyone likes English breakfast, of course :) The breakfast opening hours were also very generous, which is a big plus. The value for money was good, and we weren't bothered much by noise from the neighbors. Check-in went super smoothly, but there wasn't a real personal connection with the staff; everything happened very quickly.

"Very nice stay"

It is a very nice hotel, writhing 10 min walk from St Pancras International. The whole experience was excellent: the hotel is clean, with great facilities-restaurant, WiFi, lifts. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet ( I was on the 3rd floor) , the room had a view . I especially enjoyed breakfast- varied, freshly cooked and eat as much as you want buffet. Overall the hotel has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay there again.

"Disappointing"

While the hotel and room were clean, my interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing. At multiple points during my stay—including check-in, asking about purchasing water, locating a trash receptacle, and confirming checkout procedures—the responses I received felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Each interaction involved a different staff member, yet the tone was similar each time, giving the impression that guest inquiries were an inconvenience. Overall, the lack of courteous and helpful communication negatively impacted the experience.
