"Lovely hotel and a good night's sleep."
Stayed here for one night prior to departing from St Pancras International early in the morning; it is not the nearest to St Pancras but we shall use it again because it is the newest and best of several local Premier Inns. Usual comfortable room and really good bed, good service and all the feel of a traditional hotel with an atrium lounge. Did not have the chance to sample breakfast, but it all looked very good. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for the nearest London gets to good value.
"Disappointing stay this time"
We stayed here for one night. We had a double room, which was OK. Our family, 2 adults, 2 children, stayed in a family room and were very disappointed. The room had a foisty, damp smell and didn't feel clean. The service at the bar was very disappointing. After a night out we arrived at the bar just before 10.30. We ordered drinks and were told it was last orders so we ordered another round to then be told the bar was closing and to take our drinks toʻthe reception area of the hotel. There were several groups in the bar, all asked to leave. Many guests, returning after a night out, came back to the bar to be told the bar was closed. A disappointing stay. Come on Premier Inns. You can do better than this!!
"Best Hotel and Best staff with delicious breakfast"

"Not satisfied at all"
Rude staff. Shaky and instable beds Doesn't worth the price Rooms are too small Bathroom is not well designed, water everywhere after shower
"Great place to stay near transportation"
The room was very clean and it accommodated all 4 of us. It was close to the Underground and other trains which made travel convenient. At night, it was quiet enough. We had a great stay!
