London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel

I would seriously think twice before booking with Premier Inn. I needed a room close to the airport because I had an early flight. When I booked through the Premier Inn website, double rooms were showing as unavailable. However, a more expensive room was available which was advertised as having a sofa bed and an additional bed. Because I needed the extra sleeping arrangements, I paid the additional cost and booked that room. However, when my booking confirmation came through, it had changed to a double room. When I arrived, this was exactly what I found: a standard double room with no sofa bed and no additional bed whatsoever. I contacted Premier Inn customer services and quite reasonably asked for the difference in price to be refunded, as I had paid extra for facilities that simply weren't there. Their response was astonishing. They told me: “I can confirm that a Family Triple Room was occupied during the stay. As such, the reservation was fulfilled with a family room category rather than a Standard Double Room.” I'm sorry, but where was the third bed? If I was genuinely given a Family Triple Room, why was there no additional bed? Why was there no sofa bed? And, most importantly, why did my booking confirmation change to a double room after I had specifically booked and paid extra for a room with additional sleeping arrangements? I have asked Premier Inn to explain this, but so far their response simply doesn't match what I actually experienced. I booked a specific room based on the information displayed on their own website, paid more for it, and then arrived to find a completely different room. That's not good enough. My advice: check your booking confirmation very carefully and check the room you've actually been given. If you are paying extra for a particular room type or additional beds, don't assume that is what you will receive. After this experience, I certainly won't be rushing to book with Premier Inn again. Very disappointing customer service and an even more disappointing explanation.

The hotel is a perfect location for a layover or staying a few days. You may be out of town, but the Tube will take you anywhere in London that you want to go, without the high prices for a room in the city. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. At the hotel, you have a restaurant, bar, lounge, and a Costa coffee shop. The staff are Fantastic, the quality of service with food and the great meal deals they offer are really great.

Excellent service from the front office staff, as always. Yash and Lancy took very good care of my disability, and solved all my problems. They went out of their way to help me out. As I do every year, I had a very pleasant stay. Looking forward to next year! Thank you all.

I arrived late, my car had broken down on the motorway so I had to get a replacement car. Everybody was so nice, from the helpful man on the phone to the man on the car parking gate and the Receptionists and bar andvrestaurantcstaff, everybody was happy whovstayed in this very nice, clean and smart hotel. Everybody is friendly and comparable to more expensive hotels. The location was perfect for my pick up family members at 07:30, the buses from Terminal 4 park and ride areas so quick and efficient - no waiting at all. The staff both at the hotel and on the buses are top notch and I was in very good hands. I arrived in good time at Heathrow Terminal 4 ARRIVALS. For free because the first 2 hours parking is free on Sylla Road.
