London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel

Clean room with a comfortable bed in a fantastic location to Heathrow T4. Very quick check in using the express machines. Staff were friendly and able to answer questions. As there for business and iron and ironing board should be easy accessible, parking of £29 and WiFi of £5 is just way too much!

Does the job. Comfy beds, great view of the runway, nice breakfast and managed catch the world cup semi finals in the bar. We were fresh for our early flight, which boarded about 5-10 minscwalk away

Ok to start off good and get that out the way, the room was nice and clean and the ac was good and adjustable to our liking, the bed is comfy and clean and shower is nice so that's all good, along with being right next to airport. Ok that done. The food now... Hold moly where to start, pricing is absolutely terrible for me and my girlfriend it was 100£ Wich is absolutely ridiculous for a meal and dessert, the food was terribly cooked and made us feel quite ill after, along with half of the food being microwaved as I'm a part time chef and can tell, the drinks were diet coke for us and it came with a lemon slice that was about 5 days old and brown pre sliced ages ago, probably came with a side a fruit flies, the chips were microwaved and so was the rice, the dessert now, is was all pre bought grocery store food that was so old, we ordered the cheesecake to share and it was jsut rubber. All and all we are still hungry as we didn't finish due to being so bad and feel even worse then before we ate. Do not recommend to stay here if your hungry.

Firstly I only paid just over £60quid (one night) for my room as I had over £30 in trip points which paid for the rest 😃!! My room was okay but it is in desperate need of a facelift. The cleanliness of the room was okay but had the dreaded carpet cleaner smell which was off putting. The bedroom carpet is in need of serious replacement has there were a few very visible permanent stains. My shower was for a disabled person - thankfully this is not something I require as I booked a standard room. It would have been good to have been notified at check-in that I was getting an accessible room instead of my original request for a standard double room, as it was inconvenient showering in the accessible shower. When I had my dinner at the restaurant the service was fine, food came out in good time but the cleanliness of my table and the table next to me wasn’t great - it was very sticky and needed a quick clean with all purpose spray and scrub down which would have taken 2mins tops. The server did wipe the other tables around me but just did a basic wipe down. Paid £15.99 for dinner (fish and chips) then £12.99 for my continental buffet breakfast the next day which was decent and delicious. For high airport prices this is pretty standard so I’m okay with it. There was also the option to also get the full English breakfast for £15.99 or the continental. They should just have one option of all you can eat breakfast for £15 that includes both options to make it flexible for guests. To connect to the free WiFi, you need to get assistance from reception to register as the free WiFi options readily available don’t connect instantly. However once connected the service is great. Free tea and coffee was provided in my room however I didn’t use as there was no free bottled water was provided and I don’t drink tap water. I’ve been travelling in south east Asia and almost most hotels provide this so was expecting it but realised I’m now back in the uk!! Additionally, my international adapter didn’t work in the plug sockets (even though my plug is set to UK) and the sockets themselves are old, as the USB connector didn’t work either—thankfully I had my power battery on hand. All in all good stay, but I was happy to pay the price I did for my room but no more. I’m likely to stay in another hotel next time with better modernised rooms.

I am so glad I found this hotel almost right in the airport!! There’s a convenient covered walkway to get from the airport to the hotel (10 minute walk). Very easy to check in, very friendly and helpful staff. There’s a huge restaurant with delicious food in the hotel with a big selection of fuss from steak, ribs to Indian!!! Our waitress (Deepti) was very efficient and friendly. To me it was like going to a hotel from the future.
