London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel

I've never thought about staying in a hotel before a flight before but I will do it every time now! The hotel was super clean, easy to get to and comfy. I got National Express coach to terminal 2 bus depot...got sick of waiting for the bus to terminal 4 so took the lift to the Elizabeth Line, grabbed a free underground ticket, hoped on the train and got off at terminal 4. The access to all the hotels via the covered walkway was quick and easy. Settled into the hotel, had a bath, a good meal and a good sleep. Next morning it took about 10mins to walk to Qatar Airways bag drop. Honestly you do not need to arrive 3 hours early when you're that close to departures! We got through in about 15 mins all up. Best idea I've had in ages. No fuss, rested and easy as. Highly recommend Premier Inn as it was great value and a great location.

Clean, tidy, comfortable bed, adequate food. Just does the job for an early flight on a budget

Great runway view with zero noise nuisance. Affordable meal deal (dinner plus breakfast for 30 pounds). Good mattresses and airconditioning. Too bad for the water saver shower and tap

The hotel was located well as we were walking from terminal 4. The rooms were small but we just needed a place to sleep mostly. The breakfast was fine. The customer service was lacking and not once did anyone crack a smile or even really look like they were bothered about life in general. The corridors and lobby around the lift all smelt like a 80 year Olds smokers living room, walking around and waiting for the lifts was quite nauseating. I would stay here again.

Pre-flight room. Easy enough to find. Level 2 departures, area G - follow the signs across the bridge. Self check in very straightforward. The corridors are a rat run but the room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Kettle, fridge, iron & ironing board in standard room. No USB ports though. Nice view if you like Minecraft!
