"Decent Premier Inn"
You know what you're going to get with a Premier Inn. We chose this location as we booked last minute to stay over for the weekend, so staying slightly out of the centre of London or Finsbury Park made it a cheaper option. The welcome, facilities, amenities and hospitality were all very good, Hotel was clean and well presented and all staff happy and helpful. There is a fair walk from Terminal 4 to the hotel, which was no issue for us - but worthy of consideration if mobility presents an issue for you. The tube ride into central London was around 40-50 mins, but again, not really an issue but worth bearing in mind. Of note, Friday and Sat evenings the tubes do not run to Terminal 4 all night - they stop before midnight! No problem we thought, we will go to terminals 2&3 and catch the free train/bus to terminal 4 - that too doesn't run through the night! So after midnight a 2.5 mile taxi ride from terminal 2 to terminal 4 cost in excess of £30 on the meter! All in all, a very decent stay in a comfortable Premier Inn.
"Hair and mold"
Hair in both beds and toxic mold in the bathroom. 24 hours Costa Coffee and good family ambient in the dining area. Close to the T4
"You know what you’re getting with a premier inn"
Had a very comfortable stay at the Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4. Everything went smoothly, room clean and comfortable. Good you can find a single room big enough for two adults and two kids. The wifi was very average. I think you could pay to get better speed - something I’ve not seen / had to do at a hotel for a while - but we coped. Restaurant and bar perfectly adequate. Great you can walk to the terminal.
"Great airport stopover hotel"
There is very easy and safe access via a hotel tunnel from Heathrow terminal 4 which is a huge advantage. No need for transfer buses or taxi. Self service check in worked well. Member of staff on hand to assist. Stasher bag service offered at the hotel if additional storage time is required. Very comfortable beds and good quality pillows. Easy to control air con. Large bathroom. Shower is in the bath. Furniture is little dated and a rack for cases would be helpful, especially as the hotel is mainly used by transitting guests. Tea and coffee was available in the room and it had a modern wall mounted television. Restaurant meal deals are very good value, tasty and they offer a good choice. We had dinner and breakfast which was very convenient. Bar and lounge area also in the hotel. Hotel has a car park and taxi drop off point. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for an overnight or two stay.
"Very convenient location and good views!"
We wanted to route through LHR but the flights were too close together with a terminal change so we decided to arrive late, stay in a hotel and then go for the first flight the next morning. The Premier Inn is located alongside the other hotels and they are connected via an elevated walkway - there were very few airport hotels signs in arrivals and when we asked we were directed to go outside and follow the road around the corner. While our walk was nice (sunny evening) we had a few kerbs to negotiate with heavy bags on wheels. However, having read a couple of other reviews, the walkway is perhaps not the most pleasant experience in hot weather! The Premier Inn T4 is very good, the reception area was bug and roomy, lots of lifts, plenty of staff around and a nice atmosphere. There is a 24hr Costa next to the reception and then a large bar and restaurant. Vending machines were available just off reception and a direct phone line to a taxi company. The room was a standard family room and was clean and tidy. Everything worked and I cannot fault it. Our room faced runway 27L and gave amazing views of aircraft landing. The triple glazing meant it was silent which was good when we went to sleep. We ate in the bar - Deepti was outstanding. Food and drinks were great, standard London prices (££) and the service was prompt. Again, a good atmosphere in the bar area. Overall, the staff made a difference here, probably one of the best collective staff experiences we have had with Premier Inn. I would definitely stay again.
