"Every EV charger broken … but great hotel"
Feels unfair giving three stars, because the hotel itself really was clean and comfortable. Fed up with hardly needing to speak to human beings though! Automated check-in offers little in the way of. Welcome. There is. Good restaurant, great access to the terminal, via a tunnel. The one thing, and it is a big one for us, is having travelled so far and every single EV charger was broken and has been for some time. This added a lot of stress and worry to our journey and stay.
"excellent food & service"
excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff, looked after by restaurant manager Kungar, rooms always comfortable
"Great as alternative to central London stay"
We have stayed here before and come back. Not flying but using it as a base for a trip to London. The staff were all great and very helpful, a lady whose name began with Z (I’m sorry I didn’t catch it all) was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in 2 rooms, a family room on level 5 (587) where I paid for a view (which was great!) for 3 nights and then 459 as a double for 1 night (I booked the double as a separate booking to the family room), this also had a fantastic view of the planes and airport, not the runway, but you still got to see it all! The level 4 room was bigger than the level 5 room. Both were clean and the beds were great. There is a walkway from terminal 4 to the hotel and the Elizabeth line is easy to access. The only down side is it takes about an hour to get in to London. Avoid the Piccadilly unless you have to, but this does run as part of the night tube on weekends. Overall, great and will stay again!
"Great value and location"
Stayed here for one night back in December 2024 as I was getting a flight the next morning from Terminal 4. The hotel is relatively easy to find - take the lifts to the floor marked as hotel, turn right and walk the long walk down the raised, enclosed walkway to the hotel (it's well signposted). Check-in was swift and my room was the usual Premier Inn standard. This was the first time I opted for their dinner and breakfast package - I'd already booked breakfast, but was able to pay a little more to have dinner, which worked well as my transport to the airport had been delayed. I was able to have a drink, main and dessert, which were both great. Slept really well - everything was clean and comfy. The ensuite was a good size, shower over the bath - my only feedback is I wish Premier Inn would get rid of the shower curtains and install a proper enclosure, but ah well. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was great - good selection of cooked and cold food, as well as 3 juices (great for someone who doesn't drink tea or coffee). Check out was a breeze as I just needed to drop my card in the box and head to the airport. Overall, a great value stay and I'll be back next time I need to fly from Terminal 4.
"Great"
Deepti was a very nice waitress! Definitely lovely and very informative! Got a nice surprise for birthday / anniversary
