"Amazing service great food"
I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Deepti during my stay at Premier Inn Heathrow. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Deepti has that rare ability to balance professionalism with warmth — attentive without ever being overbearing, and always anticipating what guests might need before they even ask. She was incredibly efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly, but what really stood out was the kindness and care she showed throughout. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it made such a difference to my overall experience. Deepti turned an ordinary meal into a truly enjoyable part of my stay, and I left feeling both cared for and valued as a guest. She’s a real credit to the team at Premier Inn Heathrow.
"Comfortable, good service and good value"
What I liked: Easy online reservation process, quick response to e-mail enquiries and changes to reservation, very good check in experience on arrival, spacious room, comfortable bed and good bed linen, great sound insulation makes the room very quiet, tea-coffee making facilities in the room, lots of plug sockets, very good breakfast. What could be better: internet is very good (if you pay for the upgrade) however I found logging on to the service unecessarily complicated and a bit frustrating and I had to go to reception to ask for help. Receptionist was very helpful though.

Loved Deepti's service at the counter! The whole team at the restaurant is well organised. Super fast and Skilled and happy. Happy as I got back to Kenya.
"Better than expected"
I had always considered the budget hotels a 2nd option but this time I had to book last minute and as a result my usual go to hotels were either full or crazy expensive. I had heard that the premier Inn had comfy beds so I thought what the heck. So I was very pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was. Frankly this is a 5 star room for a 3 star price. So clean, comfortable, well appointed (definitely take the premier rooms) and quiet. The check in was fine. The self check kiosk wasn't working but the very available and friendly staff fixed that quickly so it was no worse than regular check in. The restaurant is very busy so definitely book in ahead. One down was i couldn't find a gym. maybe I didn't look hard enough?

My husband and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Deepti at Premier Inn restaurant. She was enthusiastic, pleasant, and attentive throughout our visit. Her professionalism and warm personality truly elevated our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed her excellent service!
