"Deephi is the bestttt!!!!!!! (plus the beds are super comfortable)"
We went to this hotel bc our flight was cancelled, and everyone was soooooo nice. The food is awesome!! And the waiters are very very attentive and they always tell you tips about the airport and our flight!! Our table was served by Deephi, and she wasn’t only very efficient in her job, but also super nice, funny and really really really spectacular. Not only was she able to manage a LOT of people at the same time (almost all the flights for terminals 2 and 3 were cancelled), but she took the time to listen to each of us and not only offer us tips (as I said before), but also offer us chocolates!! She made our bad experience a lot better, and all of my family thanks her for it.
"On the positive, the location was decent for getting to the airport efficiently"
The esthetic of the room and bathroom were nice. Bed was quite firm. Could have had a warmer welcome by staff (felt like we were bothering them) and we were going to be charged an early check-in fee if we wanted bags held -were told holding room was full. We ate at restaurant while awaiting check-in & the food needed flavor improvement-minimal options for non-fried.
"Short stay at Heathrow terminal 4"
I had two stays at this hotel. I found it clean staff very friendly and enjoyed the breakfast. It is walking distance under cover to Heathrow terminal four which has access to direct trains into the city. My stay consisted to a break of two days and I requested that I leave my large suitcase. I was able to but had to pay a third party for the privelege. The bag was then placed into a back room until I returned. This was very disappointing and left bad taste. Would I stay there again possibly because of its access to a Heathrow terminal.
"Industrialized hospitality"
Room was spacious, and everything was clean and modern. But beyond the room, the hotel itself is a simulacrum of a living city. They are not kidding when they say the desk is open 24 hours. As far as I could tell, there are 3 restaurants and a Costa Coffee, and I never saw any of them closed. The place is always abuzz. The only downsides were the flaky wifi and the absolutely remarkable amounts of walking one had to do to get anywhere (seriously, don't pack a lot). Also, the only way to contact the hotel seems to be by phone, which is not great if you are flying in to LHR from outside the UK. There is no online form, no email address, nothing. The hotel is just off of Terminal 4. There is a covered air-conditioned passageway just off the T4 check in area that leads to a bevy of hotels. So regardless of weather you can just walk to the hotel from T4. It is a long walk, almost a km, though the floor of the passageway is "paved" and poses no problems for wheeled suitcases. It is very nicely optimized for travelers landing or taking off from LHR. The hotel website is dim on the details of how to get to T4 if you land at a different terminal, and even points to the Hoppa bus (which costs several pounds for a ticket), but you don't need to do any of that. From T2 or T3, follow signs to the Elizabeth Line (long walk) and the train to T4 is free (you will have to get a ticket before you go through the turnstiles, put the ticket in, pick it back up, and keep it, when you put it into the turnstile before it lets you exit). From T5, you will have to take the Piccadilly Line to T2/T3, then switch to the Elizabeth Line (again, be prepared to walk long distances everywhere).
"Great hotel"
Really nice hotel and comfy beds! Very easy to get to from terminal 4 ready for an early flight. Food was nice as well, great service from Deepti at the restaurant. Very attentive! …………………………………………………………………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
