London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel

The hotel is conveniently serviced by a covered walkway from Terminal 4. This affords access to all the terminals plus all the supporting train, Underground & bus services. The hotel, like most Premier Inns, is comfortable, quiet & has onsite restaurant, bar & coffee shop. It has no pretension to being 5 star it is generally well maintained with functional services & facilities. One has to mention the hard working restaurant & bar staff with particular focus on Deepi who is just amazing. She never stops and like the super efficient person she is keeps everyone happy & well serviced. A true credit to this establishment.

Receptionstaff were super friendlyand helpful, deepti in the restaurant was fantasti, super speedy service, welcomin, friendly and kind, givingour grandsonsome chocolate. Thankyou so much deepti !

Visiting for work. Extremely busy, but this didn’t mean the service was affected. Deepdi was my amazing server. She worked non stop and was extremely attentive and friendly. She was receiving compliments from surrounding tables also for how efficient and hard working she was. Food was good as always despite the busy time I visited the restaurant. Great value with the meal deal.

Disappointing Customer Service After a Long Drive The only disappointing part of our stay was the incredibly poor customer service we experienced at the bar. After a long drive and checking in, my 4-year-old son wanted some fruit before going to sleep. I gave my 13-year-old daughter £5 and asked her to go downstairs to the bar to request a banana or an apple. Unfortunately, the staff member she approached was extremely rude. He simply told her, “We don’t have any,” and walked away without any further explanation or attempt to help. My daughter returned to the room upset by the way she had been treated. Knowing that the restaurant was still open, I decided to go downstairs myself, as I was certain there would be some fruit available in the kitchen. When I approached the same member of staff and asked about fruit, he suddenly confirmed that they did have some but that I would have to pay for it. I had absolutely no problem paying; I would have happily paid from the beginning. However, I was charged £3 for a single banana and an apple, which I found quite ridiculous. I paid simply because I wanted to get back to the room and finally end what had already been a very long day. The price was disappointing, but the staff member’s attitude was far worse. He could easily have explained to my daughter that fruit was available for purchase instead of dismissing her so rudely and walking away. Good customer service costs nothing. A little politeness and consideration, especially towards a young teenager who was simply trying to get something for her little brother, would have made all the difference. It was an unnecessary and unpleasant experience that left us with a very poor impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff of the importance of treating every guest, regardless of their age, with courtesy and respect.

Good location and stay although the view (paid extra for this) was quite a small window. Yes, it was a view but not that great. However, I would still stay at this hotel again, just maybe not premium for a room with a view.
