    We offer an exclusive guest parking discount of £12 per 24 hours. Simply find a space and pay less to park. This car park is managed by Horizon Parking. Parking is avaliable on a first, come first serve basis. For larger vehicles such as coaches, vans or lorries, the parking fee is £30. This must be arranged with the hotel via email, as we can only accommodate up to 3 larger vehicles at a time. Parking availability can vary, if you have any questions please contact the hotel prior to your stay.     "Fine for a night "
    The room smelt damp and was too hot without aircon but good bed and it was cheap. For a quick overnight not much sleep stay it's grand. Not enough tea bags or coffee in the room as always but that's every premier inn. Always willing to give you more. Parking is £12 per night.

    We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Heathrow Airport M4/J4. From arrival to departure it was a complete pleasure. Alskar Namrata at reception was simply wonderful – warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to make us feel at home . Providing us with all the information we needed for a great stay. The restaurant staff were equally a delight, courteous, friendly. The overall experience was a delight, and a credit to management and staff alike, thank you.
    "Exceptional Service"
    My family-2 kids, 2 adults- booked this hotel for one night on our way out of Heathrow. The rooms are fine, only what you need and nothing more, but the service was so friendly and helpful. They were so responsive! Our flight got cancelled before we left the hotel and they helped us make sure that we could stay in our same room. We had trouble booking it a second time but they worked with us to make sure it eventually went through so our transition and disruption was minimal. They kept our things when we went out for the day after we checked out. The restaurant staff were friendly as well. We ended up eating 2 breakfasts and one dinner there. The kids loved it. This is not a fancy hotel at all but it turned out to be quite a good place for our family and we would stay there again.

    I travel to Heathrow regularly and have been staying in this hotel for years now. I choose this hotel as it is clean, and well managed. The staff are very welcoming and there’s always a familiar face when I stay. Staff cannot do enough for you, would recommend this hotel always

    I recently had a flight from Heathrow and needed to store my bags, and I was so impressed with the service! The reception area was surprisingly clean, which was a great start, and there was plenty of car parking space when I arrived. I was greeted by a member of staff named Asher, who was incredibly helpful. He quickly assisted me with storing my Stasher bags, making the whole process nice and quick. It was such a seamless experience and exactly what I needed before my flight!
