    "Family day out"
    The stay and welcoming itself was really good.. and the team were very friendly. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner only which was weird. The breakfast was refreshed regularly but the dinner's were nice. Mel and Mia were incredibly friendly and nothing was to much for me and my kid's
    "Over night stay in Southend on sea"
    Staff very friendly helped with getting a cab and given local information.. Rooms were to be expected very pleasant love the late checkout much needed after birthday drinks the night before...

    Every thing was great except for there was no available WiFi connection. The room was great for our accessibility needs.

    Basic hotel was fine for us,comfortable bed.Breakfast was really good and plenty of food The staff were so helpful as one of us had quite a disability and they helped us a lot

    Poor cleaning, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Have previously stayed and there was definite decline in standards to our previous stays.
