      "Great stay for a quick stop over"
      Room was lovely and clean and just had a refurb! Aircon on as it’s very warm tonight Reception staff were amazing! Richard greeted me and help me arrange a taxi for my pickup to the airport early hours in the morning. I came down for a drink and the pub had shut, they kindly provided me with two bottles of water and were a great help! Both Chloe and Richard are lovely and polite and really helpful. Definitely be returning! Thanks so much Jayde x
      "Great staff and nice rooms"
      Richard and Chloe were very attentive and very welcoming. Rooms have just been renovated. Very clean, fresh smell of new carpet and spacious.

      Please be warned that this is not as close to Southend Airport as the website claims. If you are staying there purely to catch an early flight the next morning please be aware that you will need to get a taxi to the airport and it will cost £10. That said, the staff were very helpful and The Beefeater next door seemed OK.

      A very comfortable stay with very helpful and friendly staff! They went out of their way to help which makes such a difference. Would definitely come again! Katherine, Chloe and Claire were very helpful. The Premier Plus rooms are great, with everything you might need including an iron, coffee machine and fridge. Also located right by a big Tesco extra.

      A lovely clean recently refurbished room. Friendly staff, they were all very good, will metion Claire manager and Michelle housekeeping. Easy access and near Tesco so easy for provisions. Not noisy at all despite being next to Southend airport.
