Hastings North A21 hotel

Where to start.. Firstly, from the roadside, it looks like an abandoned office block with rotting windows and doors, uniformly disgusting..and and about as uninviting as you could ever wish for.. The checking in individual who shall remain nameless, was sat in a almost recumbent posture and remained that way while he calmly told us ( and I quote) ‘we’ve moved you because we couldn’t be bothered to make up any more beds’ he went on to tell us that we’ve got a hell of a walk to our room again, ‘because we couldn’t be bothered making more beds’ The corridors resemble a D wing in a prison that’s been shut down due it being too depressing. Room was fairly typical of a Premier but the loosest was hanging off and there was a distinct smell of smoke. Don’t get me started on the ‘restaurant’ Brewers Fayre’s are the pits at the best of times serving what is only barely human food, which is just processed warmed up rubbish but sadly due to our late arrival it was the only option. The single bar staff has as much enthusiasm for the job as the fella on reception, which was -0 The tables were sticky, the food was dross and basically the whole experience was as grim as a north sea crossing in winter.. A truly dreadful hotel, a shambles and for a corporate chain, premier inn should be ashamed. I’d leave minus 50 stars if I could. If you are stopping anywhere near Hastings / St Leonards.. don’t for gods sake stay here..

Had an engineer stay on two occasions in April. First night he couldn’t sleep due to fire alarm going off (someone smoking in their room)! What’s worse is I have just received TWO parking charges from Horizon Parking for dropping him off and picking him up! Both times at night, barely lit area, and NO parking notice signs visible in the dark! Premier Inn should be ashamed of themselves for this shoddy underhand behaviour. You can dream on if you think these are getting paid. See you in court.

Me, my husband and daughter had a night away last night here. We had a family room. When we arrived the toilet seat was broken & also their was poo in the bin in the toilet. The room was very dusty winders were dirty. The only thing I think they did was make the beds.

nice hotel, good parking , good staff. didnt bother with the meals as the attached restaurant is fawlty towers. Noisy rooms but its permier inn...

Easy to access and a tight car park. General a good stay had breakfast 3ctines felt bit could be hotter as some items were like warm
